Standard License
Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license for commercial, editorial and personal productions, including advertising, film, television, websites and social media.

Use footage in unlimited completed productions, including projects for different clients.

Edit, crop, color grade and combine footage freely.

No additional licensing fees for reuse.
Restrictions
Footage may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed as standalone material or used to create competing stock libraries.
Original files may only be shared with third parties as necessary for authorized production workflows.
Copyright remains with Klapp.Film or its respective rights holders. Use for AI or machine learning training requires prior written permission.
Files & Delivery
Footage is delivered in 4K Apple ProRes 422 unless otherwise specified. Watermarked previews are for evaluation only. Digital downloads are available after purchase.
Rights & Clearances
Model and property releases are not included unless stated. Buyers are responsible for obtaining any additional permissions required for their intended use, including rights relating to identifiable people, property, trademarks and protected locations.
