Klapp.Film – Stock Footage Licensing

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. General

Klapp.Film is an online platform offering professional stock footage for licensing and digital download.

The platform is operated by Klapp AB, a company registered in Sweden ("Klapp.Film", "we", "us" or "our").

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable Footage License Agreement. Your use of our website is also subject to these Terms where relevant.

2. Products and Services

Klapp.Film provides digital video footage for film, television, advertising, documentary, editorial and other creative productions.

All footage is delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

Product descriptions specify the available format, resolution, frame rate, duration and other relevant technical information.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and previews accurately represent the footage offered for licensing.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed in accordance with applicable tax laws.

Payment must be completed and confirmed before footage is made available for download.

Klapp.Film may offer volume discounts or promotional pricing. Applicable discounts are displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices and promotional offers prospectively. Changes do not affect orders already accepted and paid for.

4. Digital Delivery

Following successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased footage through a digital download link.

Download links may have expiration periods or technical access restrictions for security and delivery purposes.

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased files.

If a download is unavailable, incomplete or technically defective, please contact Klapp.Film so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download.

5. Footage Licensing

Purchasing footage grants the customer a license to use the selected material under the applicable Footage License Agreement. Ownership and copyright in the footage are not transferred.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, footage is offered under the Klapp.Film Standard License.

The Standard License Agreement defines permitted uses, restrictions, sublicensing limitations and other conditions governing the footage.

Customers may not resell, redistribute, share or make the original footage files available as standalone stock footage or as part of a competing footage library, except where expressly permitted by the applicable license.

6. Intellectual Property

All footage, previews, photographs, graphics, branding, website content and related materials remain the property of Klapp.Film or their respective rights holders.

No intellectual property rights are transferred except for the limited usage rights expressly granted under the applicable license.

Unauthorized copying, distribution or exploitation of protected materials is prohibited.

7. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Because Klapp.Film supplies digital content, special rules may apply to cancellation and withdrawal rights.

Where applicable law permits the statutory right of withdrawal to be lost for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this will occur only where the customer has expressly consented to the immediate commencement of digital delivery, acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, and received the required confirmation.

If those legal requirements have not been met, any applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Customers retain all mandatory consumer rights relating to faulty, incorrectly described or undelivered digital content.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information during checkout and to use the website and licensed footage lawfully.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their intended use of the footage complies with the applicable license and any relevant laws or third-party rights.

Customers must not attempt to circumvent website security, interfere with digital delivery systems or obtain unauthorized access to footage files.

9. Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to maintain reliable website access and digital delivery but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, security updates or technical reasons.

If a technical issue prevents delivery of a purchased file, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

10. Warranties and Liability

We aim to supply footage that materially corresponds to its product description and technical specifications.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Klapp.Film is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or licensed footage.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, or any mandatory consumer rights.

11. Third-Party Rights and Releases

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing footage does not automatically provide model releases, property releases, trademark permissions or other third-party authorizations.

Customers are responsible for determining whether additional permissions are required for their intended use.

Any specific rights, restrictions or available releases should be identified in the relevant footage information or applicable license.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business operations or applicable laws.

Updated Terms will be published on this website. The Terms applicable to an accepted purchase will not be changed retroactively without a lawful basis.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer's country of residence.

Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in
